what's that? Why I need this? How I will find my secret? 
So many questions, right? 

Before starting further let me make one thing very clear to you that HAPPINESS is something which comes from soul and it is something very personal, so don't try be happy for someone else or like "she/he thinks I'm not a happy or joyful person so I should be one".
No no no!!! Whenever you try to be happy for others or just because they think you are not, that means you are just trying pretend that you are happy.
Pretending happiness and being happy are two different poles. As a said in my previous post of this Glow-Up Journey, Find your true emotions!! 
If you are confused with my above statement so here is my very personal example for you, I am not really a introvert but I prefer to be in my space so usually I don't talk to people but my mom wants and force me to be more social and interactive with people. She thinks I will be more happy if I will interact more but my true happiness is in my own space. So just because she thinks that sitting alone makes me unhappy it doesn't mean that I am unhappy. If this make sense!

Just listen and understand your thoughts and 50% work will be done. Now the important question,


What is happiness?

I'm not going to give you a specific definition or any scientific theory( if you want one please google it). Every individual have their different definition. 
Once I was so broken because I wasn't able to study for my JEE exam, I was so depressed, always thinking about the outcome of a exam which is not happened yet. And then I got less grades than expected, in my institute practice test for same. I remember myself crying and sitting in dark with zero hope, then my mom came in to console me and said "Happiness is not about getting all you want but about enjoying what you have." This hit me so hard that, after that I was always satisfied that I did better from last time, it wasn't easy but it was temporary for me at that point of time so I did it.

Happiness is really a deep harmonious inner satisfaction and approval.

(oops! it's a specific definition but it is not mine so please don't judge me and go ahead with another question which is)

Why finding Happiness is important for you?

In today's world our Peace is in someone else's hand, which is so unfair. Not anyone else but we only doing this to ourselves. You and I, we both need to understand what's the point of our happiness if it is dependent on other's action. 
Happiness doesn’t appear because of an event. It’s not reliant upon an event at all, it’s a state of mind completely independent of outside circumstances. As humans we are inexplicably interconnected, yet true and lasting peace and happiness must happen independent of each other. Now the only question left is,

 How to find the Secret of HAPPINESS?

Let just get started with golden habits/things which really helped me in finding my Secret of HAPPINESS, I really want you to try these because as I said we are together in this Glow-Up Journey. I seriously feel way better than before after doing these simple things and I want you to feel same.

 • Talk to Yourself
          It means have some time with yourself, ask yourself How was your day? How are you feeling today? and do this one thing once in a day, look at yourself in mirror and say one good thing you like about yourself or something good you've done today, anything you want just remember one thing that it should be positive. Yes it will work, believe me! To love yourself is the first Secret of Happiness. See the mirror and smile, Smile? yeah

 • Smile More
          It sounds weird, I know. But I swear it will work. I'm not saying to smile at everyone and at everything but start noticing, notice environment, birds, plants, people around you, feel air on your face. There are many things around you, they gonna make you smile, you just need to notice them. We have shield of problems, pain and weakness in front of our eyes, just remove it and see the world is waiting for you because you worth it, wanna know why?

 • Know Your Worth
          Worth? Yes! We all have something special about us, just need to appreciate it! Stop acting like you aren't enough because you are! You are strong and beautiful. And your hair looks nice, so do your eyes.  Yes you are important. You are capable of amazing things. I want you to be cared for not to be taken care of! Sometimes you must forget what you feel and remember what you deserve. Read the image carefully and try to read it loud!

 • Understand Your Fear
          Fear, this word has so much power to hold us back from our dreams, happiness, opportunities, and positivity. But is it ok to left all of these things, just because of one emotions called fear? I think no! We all have fears, no one should feel ashamed of it but one should feel bad if you letting it control your life. Fear is just holding us from what we really want to do, things we like. So address your fear to yourself and overcome them. Fears are meant to be overcome!!! Talking about my fear, no! I mean fears! I have many of them, Fear of stage! Fear of my appearance! Fear of being judged! And many more.

 • Focus on What you Like
          I like dancing and singing so much, but they don't like me back. Why? Because I never tried. But now I'm trying. For me glow-up doesn't mean just solving my problems but it is also exploring every aspect I like! It is about celebrating myself everyday. So these two things are something I like, find yours. What is that thing you always wanted to do but never tried. This is high time to do so.

 • Analyse your Surrounding
         "Look at your closest five friends and they are replica of your personality" I don't know who said this but I think it is true in 95% of cases. Not only friends but your family also. If you think they are source of any negative thought you have, not intentionally but they can be! Not getting it? Lets take an example,
In today’s world, many of us rely on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and Instagram to find and connect with each other. It have it's benefits but it is also a very big reason of anxiety, depression, feeling of sadness and frustration.
Social media create Inadequacy about your life or appearance. So social media is not meant to do so or it is also not doing purposely but it is happening, we can't change this fact. Same with our family and friends, they are doing everything for your good but it is important to analyse that what is their impact on you?
