When it comes to being healthy, everyone starts thinking about a meal plan, workout session or gym membership. But really does health is all about body? No. Health is about both body and mind. So start focusing on your mind also.

 • Calm
The ability to calm your mind when you are under pressure is crucial to healthy mindset.

 • Clarity
Having a clear idea of what's important for you is key.

 • Compassion
Be kind to yourself and focus less on how you compare to others. Be compassionate towards yourself.

 • Concentration
It is about dedication towards yourself. Focus on what's important for you rather than distraction.

 • Courage
Have courage to take action toward your goals even if you don't feel ready.



The best way to Healthy Mindset

The first and most important step in creating the life you want is to get rid of everything you don't need. Organising isn't about perfection, it's about the efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving overall quality of life.

 • Declutter your Room
See your room, Is it feel like you? If there is anything you want to change? Is it feel clean enough? Is everything is on place? Make your bed. Clean those dusty shelves. Clean your Study/makeup/work table. There are so many workpapers of no use and so much of expire makeup, clear them up! Have you seen your bathroom? It is in bad condition, clean it!

 • Declutter your Closet
Do you like all of your clothes? Do wear all of them? There are so many dirty shoes. Are you liking it? If want to get rid from some of them?Clean them, they need you. Try-on your clothes, make outfits of your choice for future reference. And get rid from you not like really or not use.

 • Declutter your Phone/Laptop
Change the wallpaper. Clear your display
Check your apps, do you really use all of them? if no, delete those unused app. Check your gallery, there are so many spam images, and check your files, delete all of trash. Your music taste evolved so much, update your playlist. Clear your mails and messages from every app. Update your contact list.

 • Declutter your Life
Go through your social media and analyse your friends. Does all of them inspiring you or some of them are creating negative thoughts? Influencers you follow, influencing you for good or for bad? Unfollow all the influencer or people, who are source of any negative thoughts, self doubt or if feels like you are comparing yourself to them or make you anxious. How are your friends? Are they good? If not, you better know what you have to do!

 • Declutter your Mind
Three simple steps Read, Write and Meditate. 
Read as many as book possible, books are best way to delete all the problems from life. I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book.
Journal has power to make you better everyday. You can write everything in your journal without fear. The idea is to write it so that you can hear yourself.
Meditation's benefits are uncountable.
